第31屆國際電子元件與材料研討會（International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium）將於 2026年10月22日（四）至10月23日（五） 假 台北張榮發基金會國際會議中心 舉行。本屆大會由 國立臺灣大學 承辦，並依研究主題規劃為 4個分組，公開徵求各界稿件。

The 31st International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium (IEDMS 2026) will be held from Thursday, October 22 to Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation International Convention Center, Taipei.
This year’s symposium will be organized by National Taiwan University. The conference program will be divided into four technical tracks according to research topics, and paper submissions are now openly invited from researchers and professionals in related fields.
We sincerely appreciate your support and kindly ask you to help circulate this Call for Papers to your faculty members, students, and research teams, and encourage them to submit their work.
