第 31 屆國際電子元件與材料研討會（The 31st International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium, IEDMS 2026）將於 2026 年 10 月 22 日至 23 日於臺北張榮發基金會國際會議中心舉行，誠摯邀請各位先進蒞臨參與，共襄盛舉。

IEDMS 長期深耕半導體元件與材料領域，致力於提供國內外產學研專家交流研究成果與技術發展的平台。本屆研討會由國立臺灣大學承辦，聚焦新興元件、邏輯與記憶體技術、高頻與功率元件、化合物半導體、新穎材料、微機電與感測技術，以及光電元件與異質整合等重要議題，探討半導體技術的最新進展與未來應用。

本屆議程規劃 5 場大會專題演講（Plenary Talks），並安排邀請演講、口頭論文發表、海報交流及產業技術演講，分享前瞻研究成果與產業實務經驗。
另，「國科會工程處微電子工程學門固態電子領域成果發表會」亦將於同期舉行，歡迎各位先進踴躍參與，交流研究成果並拓展合作契機。

We cordially invite you to the 31st International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium (IEDMS 2026), hosted by National Taiwan University on October 22–23, 2026, at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation International Convention Center in Taipei, Taiwan.

IEDMS brings together experts from academia, industry, and research institutions worldwide to exchange advances in semiconductor devices and materials. This year’s topics include emerging devices, logic and memory technologies, high-frequency and power devices, compound semiconductors, novel materials, MEMS and sensors, photonic devices, and heterogeneous integration.

The program features five plenary talks, invited talks, oral and poster presentations, and industry technical talks, covering research advances and practical applications.

The Solid-State Electronics Research Results Symposium, under the Microelectronics Engineering Program of the NSTC’s Department of Engineering and Technologies, will also be held alongside IEDMS 2026, offering further opportunities to share findings and explore collaboration.
