研究領域
程序設計、程序控制、經濟可行性評估、觸媒材料。
本實驗室主要針對產氫程序、再生能源供應鏈以及廢棄物高質化程序,開發具高活性的電化學與熱化學觸媒材料,並進行經濟評估與獲利可行性分析。透過調控材料性質(包含材料本身的電子特性及金屬與觸媒載體間的相互作用),提升觸媒的活性與穩定性。在獲得觸媒反應的動力學模型後,進一步進行工業規模的程序設計,並結合經濟可行性評估,以評估該技術的產業應用潛力。
研究重點與技術路徑包括:
• 開發高活性的電化學與熱化學觸媒材料,如多金屬材料與金屬有機框架材料,以提升產氫與國際再生能源供應鏈成本效率。
• 建立動力學模型,透過實驗室規模反應器獲取觸媒反應的動力學參數,為後續的程序設計提供基礎。
• 利用 Aspen Plus、Aspen HYSYS 與 Aspen Dynamics 等模擬軟體進行工業規模的程序設計與經濟評估,以評估技術的商業化潛力。
