Summer Visit to Hokkaido University (English Poster Presentation)

Eligibility: Priority is given to undergraduate students working on research projects, but selection will be subject to the final number of participants.

Time: Summer Recess (Detailed dates to be announced annually).

Other Requirements:

(1) A recommendation letter from the research project/thesis advisor is required (no specific format).

(2) Please submit the application form and recommendation letter to Ms. Chun-Ya Chang at the Department Office by the deadline.
(3) An electronic copy of the English abstract is required; the submission deadline will be announced separately.

(4) In principle, the airfare subsidy ranges from NT$15,000 to NT$20,000 (depending on the final number of group members).

(5) After the visit, a reflection report and receipts for reimbursement must be submitted to the Department Office (deadline to be announced annually).
