Introduction and Vision of the College of Engineering
Introduction to the College of Engineering

The College of Engineering traces its roots back to the establishment of the Department of Chemical Engineering in 1969. Over more than 50 years of development, it has built a comprehensive framework and scale in engineering education. Our structure includes one undergraduate program, three departments, seven graduate institutes, two degree programs, seven research centers, and one precision instrument center.

In response to national industrial development needs, the College established the Undergraduate Program of the College of Engineering in 2017 and began admissions in 2018. The program aims to cultivate cross-disciplinary integrated talents for four major industries: "Smart Machinery," "Energy Materials," "Sustainable Disaster Prevention," and "Green Technology."
